Surgical Intensive Care
The surgical intensive care department includes an excellent selection of surgical intensive care physicians, assisted by a select group of intensive care nursing staff from inside and outside the Kingdom and trained at the highest level to deal with patients after open-heart surgeries.
The department provides its services for patients after open-heart surgery 24 hours a day, and the department characterized by the presence of separate rooms for each patient and the presence of the latest types of mechanical ventilators and vital signs monitoring devices and the presence of nursing staff for each patient in a ratio of 1: 1.
The department’s services include:
- Management and Follow-up patients after open-heart surgery.
- Follow-up patients with respiratory failure on mechanical ventilation
- Follow up patients with heart failure on cardiac mechanical assist devices
